Our PDF to Excel converter extracts all text content from your PDF document and organizes it into rows in an Excel spreadsheet. Each text item extracted from the PDF appears on its own row, with the page number in column A and the text content in column B.
Best for: Text-based PDFs like reports, invoices, and data tables. The tool uses PDF.js to parse the document's text layer.
Limitations: Scanned PDFs or image-only PDFs cannot have text extracted. The tool does not reconstruct table structures — it extracts raw text elements.
